Sefwi Wiawso Senior High/Technical School is endowed with 80 hectres of well – demarcated land on which is found well-spaced out facilities. These include an assembly hall, dining hall, library stuffed with modern books and other reading materials, a well-equipped computer laboratory, home economics department block, a single-storey girls’ dormitory, uncompleted classroom block, an infirmary, administration block and number of staff bungalows.

The School is hooked to the national grid and therefore enjoys a 24 hr electricity supply. The school has constant supply of water and a dug out well which supplies water in times of power outage.
