The long awaited SRC week celebration is here again. Wiawso SECTEC is set to celebrate its maiden one week SRC slated for Monday, 3rd June to Sunday, 9th June, 2024. The theme for this year’s celebration is The Role of the 21st Century SHS student in the Development of Western North.
There will be host of activities from day one, which is Monday to the Seventh day, Sunday which will be climaxed with a thanksgiving service.
The programme outline is as follows;
- Monday, 3rd June, 2024 – Float/Procession on the streets of Sefwi Wiawso and an Inter-house Jama Competition
- Tuesday, 4th June, 2024 – Health Talk/Indoor Games
- Wednesday, 5th June, 2024 – Inter house Quiz competition / Movie Show
- Thursday, 6th June, 2024 – Career Guidance Talk / Talent/Variety show
- Friday, 7th June, 2024 – Friendly Football Match / Face of Sectech (Pageantry)
- Saturday, 8th June, 2024 – Grand Durbar / Artist Night/Jams/Live Band
- Sunday, 9th June, 2024 – SRC Meeting to reflect on the week’s celebration/ Thanksgiving service/M’aseda Nie Gospel Concert.
